Engle Family Dentistry Dental Wellness Plan 

You get two exams, four bitewing x-rays, panoramic x-ray (if necessary), and two cleanings with fluoride per year. This excludes initial “deep cleaning” for patients with advanced gum disease. Engle Family Dentistry Dental Wellness Plan is only available for uninsured patients.

Pricing

  • $299 per year for patients 14 years old and above ($510 value)
  • $150 per year for children 13 years old and below ($460 value)

*For patients without dental insurance: 20% off on any other treatment done at Engle Family Dentistry.

Payment Options

We accept PPO and Medicare Advantage plans from most major insurance carriers. Feel free to get in touch to verify that we are in network with your plan when you schedule your first appointment!
